About Kimberley Minerals

Kimberley Minerals Ltd (KML) is an unlisted public Australian mineral explorer with access to over 1000km2 of exploration tenements focused on the Hooper Complex in the West Kimberley of Western Australia.

Our Minerals

Staurolite

Staurolite is ideal as a general-purpose abrasive particularly in sandblasting to remove thin coatings, rust, and mill scale and has the potential to be the main ingredient in highly visible, anti-slip coatings for industrial walkways, flooring, roads and pathways.

Andalusite

Andalusite is a rock forming aluminium neosilicate mineral with the chemical formula Al₂SiO₅ that is mined for use as a refractory mineral with applications in high-temperature furnaces and kilns.

Garnet

Western Australian garnet is considered one of the best products in the world for industrial applications, however preferred coarser fractions have diminished from most sources.

Kimberley Minerals professional team are dedicated to bringing the company’s high quality industrial minerals to international and national markets.

Kimberley Minerals is committed to ultimately providing high-grade products to meet the growing demand for quality industrial minerals used in global and national abrasives, coatings and refractive mineral industries. Until now the potential for market demand growth for staurolite has been constrained by its limited availability. Kimberley Minerals seeks to provide the market with their high-quality staurolite for industrial purposes.

KML have identified significant occurrences of high purity quartz, andalusite, high quality staurolite, almandine garnet, spessartine garnet and heavy mineral sands across the Company’s Hawkestone and Richenda projects, each respectively taking its name from the nearby major watercourse.
